Measure first. Choose with confidence.
Sizes vary between products. An S in one item may fit differently from an S in another. Always compare your pet’s measurements with the size chart on the product page.
What to measure
- Neck: Measure around the base of the neck, where the collar or garment will sit.
- Chest: Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
- Back length: Measure along the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Use a soft measuring tape while your pet is standing naturally. Keep it level and avoid pulling it tight. Follow any fit allowance specified by the product’s own instructions.
Before choosing a size
- Check whether the chart shows body measurements or the finished garment measurements.
- For harnesses, compare both neck and chest measurements with the listed adjustment ranges.
- For clothing, check chest and back length as well as any neck measurement provided.
- Do not choose by breed, weight, or the S/M/L label alone.
- If a measurement falls between sizes, follow the item-specific guidance or contact us before ordering.
Units
1 inch = 2.54 cm. Use the same unit as the product’s size chart when comparing measurements.

Furniture, houses and mats
Measure the available floor area and any access route before ordering. For a cat house, compare usable interior dimensions as well as exterior dimensions. A height alone does not describe a cat tree’s full footprint.
Our current rectangular synthetic sisal mat options are 30 × 40, 40 × 50, 40 × 60 and 50 × 80 cm. Compare the selected option on the product page; availability can change.
