• Waterproof and Durable Top Cover: The top cover of our exercise pen is composed of half 600D heavy-duty Oxford fabric and half reinforced PVC mesh, which is scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and sun-resistant. It prevents pets from jumping out while ensuring ventilation and light penetration to reduce any sense of confinement.
• Escape Prevention: 8 long ground stakes and 1 reinforced stake securely anchor the pet playpen in place. Dual door latches and 1 carabiner clip keep pets from opening the door and escaping. Reinforced, tightly-knit metal mesh resists play and chewing, while the Oxford fabric is secured tightly with elastic buckles for a seamless fit along the bottom.

Delivery estimates

Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. The delivery estimates below are transit times after an order ships.

We work with third-party fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery time depends on the product's shipping origin:

• Products shipped from the United States: 2–5 business days

• Products shipped from overseas: 5–10 business days

Some items ship from overseas warehouses and may take longer. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.

Delivery estimates begin after an order ships and do not include delays beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather, or high-volume periods. Expedited and overnight shipping are not available.

Orders may arrive in separate packages when items are fulfilled from different locations. We will provide tracking information when it is available.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders below $70.00. Standard shipping is free for orders of $70.00 or more, before taxes and after discounts. The final shipping charge is shown before you complete your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

BORI BEAN currently ships to customers in the United States only.

Eligible unused items may be returned when they are in their original condition, with original tags attached and original packaging with the SKU label intact. To request a return, contact support@boribean.co within 7 calendar days after the order is shown as delivered. For split shipments, the return window begins when the final package is delivered.

After a return is approved, the item must be handed to the carrier within 7 calendar days. Do not send an item to the mailing address listed on our Contact page. We provide return instructions and the correct return destination after approval.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return an eligible item and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, used pet bedding, toys, and grooming tools are not eligible for return. This exclusion does not affect your right to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item as described below.

For pet clothing, please compare your pet's measurements with the size chart on the specific product page before ordering.

Return costs and refunds

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless we sent an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

After the return is received and accepted by the fulfillment partner, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Any additional time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@boribean.co with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. A cancellation may be possible within 24 hours after purchase, but it is not guaranteed. Orders already in processing or shipped cannot be canceled.
